Naji Gehchan, is Chief Medical and Development Officer at Kyverna Therapeutics, overseeing research, clinical development, regulatory, and medical affairs. He brings over 20 years of biopharma experience, including senior roles at Eli Lilly, where he advanced the global development of imlunestrant, a novel breast cancer treatment. A trained physician, Dr. Gehchan began his career in clinical medicine and emergency response in Beirut. Dr. Gehchan holds a Doctor of Medicine and Masters in Biological Science from Saint Joseph University of Beirut, a Specialized Master of Healthcare Management and Pharmaceutical Marketing from ESCP Business School, and an MBA from MIT Sloan.
